As we sat on the hard ground

we were astounded by the surroundings of the forest.
We lie down in the soft grass hoping for something to happen.

As the waterfall trickled with water, we saw a deer and her baby’s.

We left the forest with joy but also sadness because we had to leave the

forest in all it’s glory.
